Native Wild Flower Bulbs

"In the Green"

We are taking orders now for Native British Wild Flower Bulbs 'In the Green'.  'In the Green' Bulbs are lifted in  late winter/spring when the bulb is actively growing, in flower or after flowering when they are beginning to die back.  The amount of leaf or root growing from the bulb will be dependant on the species and the time it is sent out.  'In the Green' bulbs are freshly lifted to order, so please allow a little longer for delivery.  The bulbs will be lifted and sent out from late January onwards through until April/May, depending upon the species and weather conditions.  If your order consists of other items (seeds, plugs etc), these will be sent out straight away and the 'In the Green' Bulbs will follow separately as they are lifted to ensure they remain in the best possible condition.

We will be adding a few more native bulbs to this list over the next few weeks.  Email (enquiries@wildflowershop.co.uk) if you would like to be added to our Mailing List and kept informed of additions.

Note:  Although the Winter Aconites, Double Snowdrops, Wild Cyclamen & Wild Tulips are not true native plants, they have long been naturalised and are found growing wild in various localities in Britain.
