Wood Anemone Rhizomes 

Latin:  Anemone nemorosa

Other Names:  Windflower
Distribution:  The Wood Anemone is found throughout Britain.
Habitat:  Native perennial of woods, hedgerows and shady places preferring damp conditions.
Description:  A small perennial with ferny foliage and delicate white flowers from March to May.

Planting Instructions for Rhizomes:  Plant twig-like rhizomes horizontally, 2cm below the surface in the autumn.  They are best planted where they can be left undisturbed.

Plant the rhizomes as soon as possible upon receipt.

These rhizomes were grown in Britain from cultivated stock.
