Terms & Conditions
We accept orders either through our online
shopping facility, over the telephone or by post.
Online Shopping:
We have the facilities for payment by Paypal
through our online shopping cart. You don't need to have a Paypal
Account to use Paypal as they will accept all major credit cards.
Paypal is secure and easy to use. Use the quantities box in the
shopping basket if you would like more than one of any item. If
you require larger quantities, please email: enquiries@wildflowershop.co.uk
for a quotation.
Telephone Payments:
If you have any concerns with transferring
your credit/debit card details over the internet, please telephone us on
07590 895590 and we will be happy to take your order over the
telephone using your credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro
and Delta).
Orders by Post:
If you would prefer to place your order by
post, we can only accept payment by Cheque or Postal Order (made payable
to Wild Flower Shop). Please write to us at the address below with a
clear list of the items you require, and either a daytime telephone
number or email address where we can contact you in the case of a query.
Please remember to add delivery charges as outlined below.

Delivery:
We deliver to most addresses within England, Wales and Scotland, but if your delivery address is in the
Scottish Highlands or any offshore island, we may need to increase the delivery charge. We have temporarily suspended deliveries to
Northern Ireland due to potential delays in deliveries. Please email kathy@wildflowershop.co.uk
or telephone (07590 895590) for more information. We do not
deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Plugs, Plants & 'In the
Green' Bulbs: Orders
will normally be dispatched Monday to Thursday within 5 working days
after payment has cleared. However, during busy periods orders may
take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Occasionally during
the winter, there may be delays due to hard frosts or snow on the ground
preventing us collecting your plants in the Nursery. If this is the case,
we will email you within 5 working days to advise you of the likely
dispatch time. We do not dispatch on Fridays or Saturdays during
hot spells to avoid
the possibility of plants deteriorating in transit over the weekend.
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class except for larger orders
which may be sent by courier and will therefore require a signature.
Individual Seed Packets & Bulbs: Orders will normally be dispatched
Monday to Saturday within 5 working days after payment has cleared.

which may be sent by courier and will therefore require a signature.
Seed Collections & Meadow Mixtures: Orders will normally be dispatched
Monday to Saturday within 5 working days after payment has cleared.

Bulbs: Orders will be dispatched from early September onwards as the bulbs are lifted to ensure that they are in the best possible
condition when you receive them. Please ensure that they are
planted immediately. If your order consists of other
items (seeds, plugs etc), these will be sent out immediately. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class except for larger orders
which may be sent by courier and will therefore require a signature.
Royal Mail Strikes & Bank Holiday Periods: Our policy is to wait for normal
service to resume rather than risk items getting lost or deteriorating
in the post. We will therefore wait until the strike/bank holiday is over before
sending out your order. I hope you are happy with this policy and we
will email you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Substitution:
In the event of the plants you require becoming
out of stock, please indicate if you would be
willing to accept substitutes in the form of a similar variety.
Please note that we never substitute anything on an order unless
specifically requested to do so. If we run out of anything we
always contact you to let you know and unless you request a
substitute, we refund what you have paid.
Guarantee:
All of our plants leave the nursery in
prime condition and provided the plants are cared for as described in
our Planting Instructions,
they will soon settle down and continue to thrive. All
plants and 'in the green' bulbs will need to be planted
immediately. If there are any dates when there won't be anyone at
the delivery address to receive and deal with the plants, please email
with these dates to ensure that your plants are not returned to the
sorting office/depot where they may deteriorate.
Plants
dispatched in winter or early spring will show little or no growth, on
the other extreme in late spring or summer the plants may have to have
their foliage trimmed to post them to you.
Our dormant bulbs are
dispatched during the correct planting period, but it is also important
that they are planted as soon as you receive them. In the event of
any problems, please contact us for advice.
We cannot be held responsible for any problems with subsequent
performance of plants, seeds or bulbs beyond 24 hours from the delivery
date as we have no control over unsuitable care, neglect, adverse
weather conditions etc.
Loss, Damage or
Dissatisfaction:
Please notify us immediately on receipt in the
event of any damage, loss or if you are dissatisfied in any way.
If you are requesting replacements or a refund, please return the items
to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Our
liability is limited to the replacement of items or a refund of the
price paid. We will not refund postage or delivery charges.
Returns Policy:
We will accept returns of non-perishable
items for exchange or a refund as long as the items are returned to us
in re-saleable condition and in the original
packaging within 7 days of receipt with a reason for the return and a
telephone number in case of query. We
are not able to exchange or refund perishable items (eg plants, bulbs,
'in the green' bulbs). If you return all or part of your order we will
not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has
been completed.
Privacy Policy:
Information supplied by you when ordering
is used only to collect payment and dispatch your goods. We will
use the address supplied by Paypal unless you contact us immediately
after placing your order to advise a different delivery address.
When paying by card over the phone, any financial information collected is shredded
once the transaction has been processed.
Use of "Cookies" on your computer.
'Cookies' are small pieces of data which are stored for you on your
computer by your web browser. They're used to improve your online
experience by almost every website, including the Wild Flower Shop. The
Wild Flower Shop uses non-persistent 'cookies' for the Wild Flower Shop search engine
and only collects the word or string typed in by you to be searched
for. If you use Paypal to purchase items from our online shop,
then Paypal will also put 'cookies' on your computer, but only to

We do not
sell or distribute your details to any other company or organisation
under any circumstances ensuring your complete privacy.
